1.2 Label Images You Upload

Images of product labels that you upload for decoding and analysis.

1.3 Decoded Label Data

Information extracted from your uploaded label images, including product information, ingredients, and other label details.

This data is used only for your account to provide label decoding services and is never sold.

1.4 Usage Data

Information about how you use the Service, including which labels you decode and when.

1.5 Decoded Content

Metadata about decoded labels (e.g., timestamps, product types, decoding success/failure states).

Decoded label information remains in your account until you delete it.

1.6 Usage & Device Data

Log data, pages viewed, diagnostic information to maintain and improve the service.

1.7 Payment Data

Payments are processed by our payment processor. We receive only limited information necessary to confirm payment.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Unlabel service.
• Decode and analyze label images you upload.
• Process payments and provide support communications.
• Maintain safety, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• Develop new features and improve label decoding accuracy (where permitted).

We do not use your label images or decoded information for advertising or sale.

We may share information in these limited circumstances:

• With your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell your personal information.

• Uploaded label images: Retained so they remain available for your reference. You may delete them at any time.
• Decoded label data: Retained for as long as your account is active, so you can access your decoded label information.
• Account deletion: Immediately deletes all your label images and decoded information from our systems.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request data portability
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

• Delete label images
• Delete decoded label information
• Delete your account (which deletes all data)
