By accessing or using Unlabel (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Unlabel is an app where you take an image of a label and it decodes labels, helping you understand product information and ingredients.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.

4. License and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove proprietary notices or infringe intellectual property rights
• Use the Service in violation of law or to transmit harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems

5. Content & Uploaded Images

You retain rights to your uploads. By uploading label images, you grant Unlabel a license to process your content for decoding and analyzing labels. You are responsible for the lawful use of your uploads.

6. Intellectual Property

Unlabel, its models, workflows, software, and all related content are owned by Unlabel or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant no rights except as expressly stated.

7. Third‑Party Services

The Service may integrate third‑party services (e.g., Replicate for compute). We are not responsible for third‑party content or services.

8. Pricing and Payment

Access to the Service is gated by a one‑time payment (hard paywall). Prices may change from time to time. Payments are processed by third‑party providers; taxes and fees may apply.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@getunlabel.com.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNLABEL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNLABEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD‑WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unlabel, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence to the extent permitted, otherwise by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of laws.
